OSCC MAMPU is organising the Malaysian Government Open Source Software Conference (MyGOSSCON) on this 2nd and 3rd November 2010 at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC). The Objectives of this OSS Showcase Exhibition 2010 are as follows:

• To showcase the diverse nature of OSS products, solutions and services, ranging from emerging technologies to mature and proven products
• To encourage the use of OSS in support of the local ICT Industry and OSS communities
• To emphasise the readiness of the ICT Industry to support the implementation of the Malaysian Public Sector OSS Programme
• To demonstrate ease of interoperability between OSS and proprietary products
  

In order to make this conference a success, we proudly invite the Private Sector and OSS Community to participate in the exhibition.

Exhibitors Guidelines

• Must showcase and demonstrate OSS products, solutions and/or services
• Can showcase interoperability solutions between OSS and proprietary platforms and products
• Exhibitors’ booths must remain open and be attended at all times by 2 exhibitor representatives (dress code: office attire) for the duration of MyGOSSCON 2010
• Must fully utilise the exhibition booth’s dimensions (3 meter x 3 meter) using relevant collaterals and displays
• OSS solutions intended for Public Sector use are encouraged to be demonstrated
• Exhibitors are expected to demonstrate that they can satisfy the requirements for quality displays and exhibit stand demonstrations
• Demonstration equipment must not obstruct the passageway in common areas or cause disturbance to other exhibitors
